Descin started in 2014, but before the foundation Paul Bessems and Ralf Zaal already worked in the academic sector and gained a lot of experience in Grant Writing, finding funding opportunities, managingproject/contracts and the financial management of (large) projects.

By now the experience has grown up to more than 10 years and the team has grown with more experienced Grant Writers and project managers.
